Getting everyone in the same place is not always easy. Once you do, you should have more than one good picture to show for it.

I want you to have photographs of your whole family, but also the people within it. Parents with their children. Siblings together. Grandparents with their grandchildren. The big group, the smaller families, and the relationships that can get lost when everyone is only trying to fit into one frame.

Your gallery will have a mix of more formal portraits and casual, candid photos. Some will include everyone. Others will focus on smaller groups or one person. You can share them online, make an album, print your favorites, or do whatever makes sense for your family.

Your family does not age out of family pictures

There are plenty of pictures when children are babies. Then they get older, schedules get busier, and somehow years can pass without another photograph of everyone together.

Teenagers, college students, and adult children should be in the pictures too. Your family is still changing, even if nobody is losing teeth or starting kindergarten anymore.

Where should we take family pictures near Berkeley Heights?

I do not choose a location because it appears on a list of the best places for pictures. I care about what it will look like on the day we are actually going to be there.

Flowers bloom, leaves change, and one windy weekend can completely change a location. Sometimes a park looks amazing. Sometimes a downtown area, an architectural location, or your own home will give us something better. Tell me what you like, and I’ll recommend options based on your date.

You can order professional prints directly through your gallery if you want them. You are also welcome to download your photographs and print them yourself. There is no required print order or sales appointment.
